Processing Time

1-3 business days after placing your order. During periods of high order volume, slight delays may occur. In such cases, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Time

Shipping time refers to the time from when your order leaves our fulfillment center to when it arrives at its destination.

  • Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3-7 business days

Estimated Total Delivery Time

Estimated total delivery time is the sum of processing time and shipping time:

  • Standard Delivery: 8-18 business days (Processing time 1-3 days + Shipping time 7-15 days)
  • Express Delivery: 4-10 business days (Processing time 1-3 days + Shipping time 3-7 days)

Refund Processing Time

If your order has not yet shipped, refunds will be processed within 1-5 business days. If the order has already shipped, refunds will be processed after we receive the returned items at our warehouse, which may take 7-14 days or longer. If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us via email for assistance.

We ship to Australia, Canada, the United States, and worldwide.

  • Free shipping on orders $60 and above
  • $0-59.99: Standard shipping $10, Express shipping $15

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information will be active within 24 hours.

Damage Claims

We are not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order is damaged during transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim and retain all packaging materials.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the item has already shipped, we will do our best to intercept the shipment. You can contact us via email.
